We have listened to your feedback on My PAV, asking for the ability to order SIMs from My PAV. We believe in always innovating our products and services to PAV Agents. We are now happy to introduce the ability to order SIMs on the My PAV App.

How to order SIMs on My PAV

The process is very easy. Click on the orange Order SIMs button. This will take you to the SIM CARD ORDERS form. Select the blue START button and complete the details in the form.

Once you have completed the form press the SUBMIT button. You will receive an SMS confirming that your order has been received.

Hang tight! Once you have the confirmation, you will receive a call from our service centre to arrange delivery.
