Victor is one of our top-performing PAV Place Operators. He is consistent in achieving a high number of activations. Victor believes the best way to activate PAV SIMs is to ensure you have real customers that understand the Network proposition and usage rules.
Yingwane Victor Sithole known as Victor was born in Tshamahansi village outside of Mokopane. Victor loves playing music and watching soccer. His favourite soccer team is Polokwane City, and his favourite soccer star is Lucky Baloyi, who Victor believes is a great player.
Victor joined PAV Telecoms on the 27th of March 2012. He was introduced to PAV Telecoms by Brian who was distributing SIM cards at the Mokopane supermarket where Victor was working.
Victor says that his journey with PAV Telecoms has been interesting and believes he was given an opportunity of a lifetime. Victor says he has learnt to be patient, manage pressure, be more disciplined, deal with people and stay inspired to do more.
Victor is motivated by a place where he can belong and become, and live the PAV Telecoms brand. Victor has aligned with the company’s vision and values and his hard work and perseverance have led to his success.
What stands out for Victor is providing PAV services around his community, especially at the disability centre, schools, colleges, and orphanages.
Victor’s proudest moments have been when he learnt how to use the PAV Telecoms technology and has beaten deadlines for activations. His proudest accomplishments are running promotions all by himself and pushing his team to do more activations.
For Victor Belong Become means that he belongs to the PAV Telecoms family which he can call home, where he feels appreciated and can give back to his community.
